We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We reserve the right to رفض (reject) return requests in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or damaged by the customer
  • Packaging is missing or damaged
  • Return request is made after 15 days
  • Change of mind (in certain cases)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order details (Name, Phone Number, Order ID)
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

Customers may be required to ship the product back to us, depending on the case.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed
  • Since we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via:

Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 working days after approval.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • In case of return, shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side (damaged or wrong product)

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Provide clear pictures as proof

We will offer a replacement or full refund (including delivery charges, if applicable).
